eyes and ears of Maine's
own (at the time) Governor Angus King and Stephen

local socialites. Kelly now knew she needed her
own material and in the
fall took the band off the road to begin writing
and recording.

honor to open for several national acts with her
return in the summer of 2000, she opened for Doug
